Tatiana Casap,Donald Mayer Obituary, Death;- A teenager from Wisconsin has been charged with the murder of his mother and stepfather, an act that federal authorities have characterized as an effort to secure the funds and independence he believed were essential for a scheme to assassinate President Donald Trump and destabilize the government.
Seventeen-year-old Nikita Casap was apprehended last month in connection with the deaths of his mother, Tatiana Casap, aged 35, and his stepfather, Donald Mayer, aged 51, as reported by the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department.
Law enforcement officials discovered the bodies at the family’s residence in Waukesha, located approximately 17 miles southwest of Milwaukee, following a welfare check request received on February 28.
Federal documents released on Friday indicate that the shootings were part of a conspiracy orchestrated by Casap, who aligned himself with a right-wing extremist group known as the Order of Nine Angels. He allegedly intended to assassinate Trump, believing it would instigate a political upheaval in the United States, according to federal investigators.
Additionally, Casap reportedly financed, at least in part, a drone and explosives intended for use in an attack, as outlined in the documents submitted to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
As of Sunday, Casap’s legal representatives had not been available for comment. A ‘Manifesto’ Discovered on the Suspect’s Phone
A self-identified “manifesto,” located on Casap’s phone and detailed in the federal filings, included images and admiration for Adolf Hitler, along with directives for others on bomb-making.
“By eliminating the president and possibly the vice president, chaos is guaranteed,” Casap stated. Federal documents reveal that on February 28, sheriff’s deputies found Tatiana Casap’s body wrapped in blankets while responding to a call from Mayer’s mother, who reported being unable to reach the family and noted that Nikita had not attended school for two weeks.
