Tajuan Obrian Brian Johnson Obituary – The Lynchburg Police Department has announced that a suspect has been identified in connection with a shooting incident that resulted in one fatality and another individual sustaining injuries near Main Street. On April 14, law enforcement officers were dispatched to Main Street shortly before 2:30 a.m. following reports of a shooting.
Tajuan Obrian “Brian” Johnson, aged 37, was fatally shot in the parking lot situated behind Mizumi Japanese Bistro. Another victim was transported to the hospital due to gunshot wounds. After a span of two weeks, authorities have pinpointed a suspect believed to be responsible for the incident: 23-year-old Travon Sudia Brunson.
According to LPD, Brunson faces charges of Voluntary Manslaughter, Unlawful Wounding, and Carrying a Concealed Weapon. Described as a black male standing at five feet four inches tall, weighing around 175 pounds, and sporting a distinctive tattoo above his right eye.
