Two Coatesville adults are charged with third-degree murder and related counts for the fentanyl overdose death of their 8-year-old son last summer, prosecutors say. Holly Back and Mousa Hawa are also charged with involuntary manslaughter, said the Chester County District Attorney’s Office.
