43-year-old Aaron Jay Low and 44-year-old Jamie Irene Cragg, both of Pennsylvania, were arrested Tuesday (June 4) by Troutman Police Officers. Low is charged on a felony warrant as a fugitive from another state and Cragg is charged with harboring a fugitive. He’s charged with felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
