New Haven County resident Raymond Kaminski, age 77, of Milford, was arrested on Wednesday, May 22, following an investigation. According to the Milford Police, the department received a complaint in April regarding a potential sexual assault. The complaint was made by a parent whose juvenile child reported that Kaminski had touched her inappropriately and made her feel uncomfortable.
