A man has been charged after he was accused of threatening to kill another driver in a parking lot at a Connecticut gas station.
Officers responded to Pride Gas Station at 1049 John Fitch Boulevard on Wednesday after receiving a report that a person in the parking lot threatened to kill another driver, according to the South Windsor Police Department.
The allegedly victim reported that, while parking, he was cut off by another vehicle, police said. The driver of the other vehicle allegedly got out of his car, ran at the alleged victim’s vehicle in aggressing manner and threatened to kill him before leaving the scene, according to police.
The driver was later identified as Kaylon W. Graham, 20, of Vernon. Police said he turned himself in at police headquarters, where he was charged with first-degree threatening and released on a $7,500 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Dec. 24.
