Yousef Salaman Obituary, – A shooting on Russell Road claimed the life of a 19-year-old Ottawa man on Friday night. The incident took place around 10 p.m. in the 1700 block of Russell Road, near the intersection of Smyth Road and St. Laurent Boulevard. The victim has been identified as Yousef Salaman of Ottawa. Homicide investigators are seeking information from anyone who may have been in the area at the time of the shooting or who may have surveillance video of the area. No arrests have been made.
