Willie Deshawn Robinson,Rashan Robinson Obituary, Death;- Authorities are actively pursuing the individual or individuals responsible for a tragic triple shooting that resulted in the deaths of two individuals and left another in critical condition in Colerain Township.
The incident took place in the parking lot of a Popeyes restaurant and a Shell gas station located at the intersection of Springdale Road and Colerain Avenue. On Friday, the Colerain Township Police Department disclosed the identities of the deceased victims, who have been identified as 36-year-old Willie Deshawn Robinson and 36-year-old Rashan Robinson.
Detectives have also confirmed that the two victims were siblings. Following the shooting, authorities received a minimum of seven emergency calls. One caller reported hearing “at least ten gunshots,” while another witness described the scene as a “slaughter” while refueling their vehicle.
“Somebody just slaughtered, like somebody else, shot them dead, I think. I was pumping gas. I ran away, and everybody is like, down on the floor,” recounted a witness who contacted 911.
A third victim, who sustained injuries in the Walgreens parking lot across the street, managed to enter the store before collapsing. Emergency personnel transported this individual to the hospital in critical condition. Police have indicated that this third victim was not the intended target. A caller who attempted to assist the injured man conveyed the situation to dispatchers, stating:
“And then he was, he was shot. That’s all the information we were able to get out of our meeting here.”
Authorities suspect that the attack was deliberate and are exploring the possibility of multiple suspects. However, a police spokesperson has not confirmed whether there is a person of interest or suspect at this time. Police are urging anyone with information to reach out to Sgt. Mike Stockmeier at (513)-321-2677.
