William Heinz-Phillip Fountain Death – The individual who lost their life in a collision between a motorcycle and a vehicle in southeast Austin over the weekend has been identified by the police. The incident occurred on Saturday, June 8, at approximately 9:24 p.m. on Teri Road near East Stassney Lane in the 4600 block.
According to authorities, the motorcycle veered into the opposite traffic lane and collided with the vehicle. The motorcyclist, who has now been identified as 27-year-old William Heinz-Phillip Fountain, was taken to the hospital but unfortunately succumbed to their injuries.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and was found to be sober. This particular crash is currently under investigation and marks the 34th fatal accident in Austin this year. The investigation is still ongoing and further information is yet to be determined.
