With great sadness, my son Cadan Palfreeman lost his 14-month battle with cancer on April 20th, aged 25. Cadan took every day in his stride and made us all, as a family, connect on levels we never thought we could. He left with dignity, a smile, courage and strength, surrounded by peace and love at home. Cadan is free to travel the coastlines, night fish, and cook as much as he likes now while leaving a hole in our hearts full of pride.
The final part of his journey will be at Camborne Crematorium on Monday, May 13th, at 11 a.m. for close family and friends. Then, as he always loved, he will go to a beautiful spot by Rosa Grace Palfreeman for tea and cakes with gorgeous views.
It will be held in the Agapanthus Tea Room, two bal farm cottages.Guval Penzance tr18 3be from 1 pm to 3 pm. Thank you to everyone who has been in Cadan’s journey these past 14 months.
