Victoria Ledford Obituary, – A woman from North Carolina lost her life in an ATV accident in Wyoming County, as reported by the West Virginia State Police. Cpl. M.C. Shifflette from the Jesse Detachment arrived at the scene of the crash in the Herndon area on Sunday, June 30, around 11:30 a.m.
The victim, identified as Victoria Ledford, 41, from Mount Holly, North Carolina, was tragically killed in the incident. It was determined that she was not wearing a seatbelt or helmet at the time of the crash. Despite the investigation, alcohol and/or drug use were ruled out as contributing factors. The authorities continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
