Victor Joriel Galvez Vasquez Obituary, Death; The Los Angeles County medical examiner’s office Monday publicly identified a 19-year-old man killed in a shooting in East Los Angeles.
Deputies responded at 10:19 p.m. Friday to the 4000 block of Blanchard Street and North Brannick Avenue in unincorporated East Los Angeles, regarding report that a person was shot, said homicide Lt. Daniel Vizcarra.
Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel responded but could not save the victim, now identified as Los Angeles resident Victor Joriel Galvez Vasquez.
