Valentino Paez and Jennifer Paez Obituary North Andover, Massachusetts: The Essex County District Attorney’s Office reported that a mother and her 9-month-old infant died on Monday in a seemingly murder-suicide at their North Andover, Massachusetts, home.
According to reports, when police arrived at the residence in the 200 block of Turnpike Street at 5:30 p.m., they discovered that Jennifer T. Paez, 35, had died and that Valentino Paez, her son, had been stabbed. After being brought to Lawrence General Hospital, Valentino was declared deceased.
Although the investigation is still open, Massachusetts State Police investigators working with North Andover Police and the Office of Essex County District Attorney Paul Tucker have stated that preliminary evidence points to Jennifer Paez injuring her kid before ending her own life.
Paul Tucker, the district attorney for Essex County, said, “Our deepest sympathies go out to the family of Jennifer Paez and her son, Valentino, while everyone is, understandably, still struggling to comprehend what went so terribly wrong here.” In addition, I want to express my gratitude to the Massachusetts State Police, the North Andover Police Department, and other first responders for their assistance to this family and the community following this terrible murder.
Three fire trucks were dispatched by the police to protect the house’s front while they handled the situation.
