GASTONIA, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A juvenile mother has lost her unborn baby and two others were hurt after a shooting, according to Gastonia Police.
Just before 10:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 20, police say three people were shot near a hotel on Broadcast Street. One of the victims was a pregnant minor. Tragically, her unborn child died from the shooting.
The other victims were hurt, but do not have life-threatening injuries. Detectives say they are working to find out what led up to the shooting. This is an active investigation.
