Ulysses Donell Green Obituary – The individual who passed away following a multi-vehicle collision on Tuesday has been identified by the Lexington County coroner’s office. The collision occurred near the 130-mile-marker eastbound in the Swansea area of Lexington County at approximately 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18. Ulysses Donell Green, 36, from Blythewood, was traveling eastbound on I-26 when he collided with the rear of a tractor-trailer.
Sadly, Green was pronounced deceased at the scene. The driver of the tractor-trailer was transported to a nearby hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening. The incident is currently under investigation by the Lexington County Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
