Timothy Warmack,Makayla Leach Obituary, Death; – Authorities have reported that three individuals lost their lives in a multi-vehicle accident over the weekend on Interstate 40 in Seminole County. According to a collision report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the incident occurred shortly before 11 p.m. on Saturday, close to mile marker 200 on the eastbound side of I-40. The deceased include two drivers and one passenger, all of whom were pronounced dead at the scene.
The victims have been identified by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol as 41-year-old Corey Meek, 30-year-old Timothy Warmack, and 29-year-old Makayla Leach. Additionally, two other drivers were transported to hospitals in Oklahoma City and McAlester, where they are currently in stable condition. A 12-year-old girl involved in the accident was taken to Children’s Hospital, treated for her injuries, and subsequently released.
The investigation into the circumstances of the crash is ongoing. This incident marks the first of two fatal collisions that occurred over the weekend on that section of I-40 in Seminole County, with another deadly accident reported at approximately 6:45 a.m. on Sunday near mile marker 208.
