Taylor Mudd Obituary, Death; – A man has lost his life following a shooting incident in the Buechel neighborhood of Louisville on Friday evening, as reported by the Louisville Metro Police Department.
According to LMPD spokesperson Aaron Ellis, officers were dispatched to the scene of the shooting, located near Bardstown Road and Fegenbush Lane, at approximately 5:30 p.m.
Upon their arrival, officers discovered 25-year-old Taylor Mudd suffering from gunshot wounds inside a vehicle. Mudd received immediate first aid before being transported to the University of Louisville Hospital, where he ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
The Homicide Unit of the LMPD is currently conducting the investigation. Detectives are actively seeking to determine the circumstances leading up to the shooting and any potential motives involved.
