Tammie Holland has sadly passed away, her death was announced by a social media post which was made by a family member and it reads ” We announce with heavy emotions that Meadow, our cherished daughter, sister, and devoted mother, has passed away. We are grateful to everyone who has shown us unflinching support through this trying period.
After learning that she had brain cancer, beloved St. Louis media personality Tammie Holland, who was nominated for an Emmy award in June, declared that she was choosing to enter hospice care. Holland has courageously fought colon cancer and chosen to include her fans and followers in the process. Having begun her career in radio, Tammie is highly respected in St. Louis. Her most recent radio appearance was on Foxy 106.9’s morning show. ”
Following her demise many other social media tributes have been made in last respect to her. One wrote ” DANG!!!….. R.I.P to STL’S VERY OWN, Tammie Holland !!…….. just yesterday, 12 hours ago – I was really thinking of Tammie – and decided to share a photo of us doing what we do — sitting and sharing a laugh, while people watching

Another Wrote “Salute to my friend Tammie Holland. She and her beautiful sister Kelly Buffaloe Taylor would spend summers at their grandparents house, across the street from me. We all played together as kids in the summer, wholesome memories. Rest in God.”
