Surrounded by her loving family, Sue transitioned at Crouse Hospital after a brief illness. She was born on October 22, 1942, in Baldwinsville, the cherished daughter of William and Alice Trexler.
Sue leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion. She shared 60 beautiful years of marriage with her beloved husband, James A. Walker. Their union was blessed with two daughters, Kelly (Mark) Miner of Lilburn, GA, and Kimberly (Scott) Collins of Baldwinsville. Sue’s pride and joy were her grandchildren: Morgan, Mackenzie, Nolan, and Mason Miner, along with Casey and Katie Collins. To her family, she was not only a loving wife, mother, and grandmother but also a beacon of unwavering support and affection.
Beyond her family, Sue touched the lives of many with her kindness and generosity. Her hobbies, from reading and cheering for the NY Yankees to gardening and bargain hunting, reflected her vibrant spirit and zest for life. Sue’s lifelong best friend, Jean Ditterline, shared countless beachside adventures with her, creating cherished memories.
