Stacey Moore Obituary, Death; – The individual who lost their life in a tragic accident on Sunday in Lonoke County has been named. Authorities from the Arkansas Department of Public Safety have confirmed the identity of the victim as 57-year-old Stacey Moore.
Moore was involved in a collision on Interstate 40, located just west of Lonoke. According to officials, she was struck by another vehicle that was traveling behind her. Following the impact, both vehicles collided with trees, resulting in Moore’s car rolling over after making contact with one of the trees.
The Arkansas Department of Transportation indicated that the incident caused the westbound lanes to be closed for over two hours until the scene was cleared. The driver of the other vehicle sustained injuries and was transported to a nearby hospital. Officials noted that the weather conditions were clear and the road surface was dry at the time of the accident.
