Sr. Carmel Downes Obituary, Death – On March 31, 2024, Sr. Carmel DOWNES, O.P. passed away in a peaceful and tranquil manner at Santa Sabina House, which is situated on Navan Road. This was the location where she passed away. During that time period, the responsibility for her care was shared between our personnel and the community. Dominican Convent in Santa Sabina Sutton and Dominican Convent in Muckross Park, Dublin were both names that were used to refer to this establishment in the past.
