Sr. Carmel Downes Obituary, Death – On March 31, 2024, Sr. Carmel DOWNES, O.P. passed away in a peaceful and tranquil manner at Santa Sabina House, which is situated on Navan Road. This was the location where she passed away. During that time period, the responsibility for her care was shared between our personnel and the community.
