Souleymane Diagne Obituary – The man who was pulled from the water at a Smithfield pool bar last week has been identified by the police. Souleymane Diagne, a 29-year-old man from Senegal, was pronounced dead shortly after emergency responders were called to The Last Resort on Thursday.
