Shooting In North Charleston Leaves One Dead-Deputies Say: CHARLESTON, SC – North
A fatal shooting that took place in a North Charleston neighborhood early on Sunday morning is being looked into by deputies.
The gunshot occurred in the 9700 block of Tremont Avenue on Sunday morning just after midnight, and deputies from the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office arrived. A lady with a gunshot wound was discovered deceased on the scene by deputies.
Officials said that while the investigation is still continuing, no arrests have been made as of yet. Deputies report that there is no known threat to the public.
