Shiquira Maniel Obituary, Death; – A residential fire in Vicksburg resulted in the death of one individual on Monday evening. According to WLBT, Fire Chief Derrick Stamps reported that the Vicksburg Fire Department received an emergency call at 6:11 p.m. regarding a fire in a structure, with indications that two individuals were trapped inside.
Firefighters promptly arrived at the location and entered the burning home to locate the residents. During their search, they discovered 31-year-old Shiquira Maniel unresponsive in the bathtub. Despite the firefighters’ attempts to rescue her and extinguish the flames, Maniel unfortunately did not survive.
