The Allegheny County Medical Examiner has confirmed the victim’s identity as Shawn Marcus Czeczely, a 53-year-old male. At approximately 1 a.m., a ShotSpotter alert recorded the discharge of six rounds in the 3000 block of Arlington Heights. Upon arrival, authorities discovered Czeczely’s lifeless body lying on the street, and he was subsequently pronounced dead at the location.
