Sebastian Micun Death – Sebastian Micun, a resident of Arlington Heights, Illinois, and a sales specialist at Hexagon Manufacturing passed away tragically on Thursday, September 14, 2023. He was only 27 years old. He was announced dead through a social media publication on Sunday, September 17th that read “Please help us celebrate Sebastian’s life with all of the pictures and good memories he has left with us. May he live on forever in our hearts.”
Who was Sebastian Micun?
Sebastian Micun was born on August 26, 1996, in Poland, and at the age of 7 moved to Chicagoland. He graduated from Prospect High School and started working as a CNC Machinist and Programmer. He took a job at Fagor Automation after much experience from his first job, where he served as an application engineer. His dedication to his profession and positive outlook helped him succeed in his position and eventually advance to the position of trainer, which allowed him to traverse the US instructing pupils on how to program their equipment.
Sebastian began a new job as a sales specialist at Hexagon Manufacturing three months ago, and he was settling in well. Every coworker he has ever encountered has been positively impacted by his warm, sociable, and humorous demeanor. Sebastian had a strong commitment to both his job and his friends and family. He met Angelika Kroczak, the love of his life, in September 2019. Sebastian and Angelika moved in together as the next step in their relationship in August 2022.
About Sebastian Micun
Sebastian’s interests, in addition to spending time with his loved ones, included gaming (lots and lots of gaming), meeting up with pals for a drink at Bull Dog Ale House, biking, taking walks, climbing at First Ascent Climbing, and riding his motorcycle. His desire to one day be able to ride a motorcycle began as a young youngster. Sebastian was able to purchase his lovely yellow motorcycle around a year ago after obtaining his motorcycle license.
Sebastian had the ability to brighten any space and create new acquaintances everywhere he went. Sebastian always made sure to ask someone how they were doing and wish them a good day, whether it was a cashier at a drive-through or his waiter at a restaurant. He was a ball of energy who did everything with great gusto and was constantly smiling and making jokes.

Visitation will be held at Skaja Terrace Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 20, 2023, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held for Sebastian at St. Thomas Becket Church on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at 10:30 a.m. A procession will begin starting from the funeral home, Skaja Terrace Funeral Home, at 9:30 a.m.
