Sah Dell Roberts Obituary, Death; – Los Angeles County officials have confirmed to FOX40News that 16-year-old Sah’Dell Roberts, who tragically lost his life in a shooting at a mansion party in Los Angeles on Sunday, was a resident of Antelope.
Roberts was among six individuals who sustained gunshot wounds at the event, which took place in the 5900 block of Winnetka Avenue in Woodland Hills. The other five victims were identified as Hispanic males, aged between 19 and 34, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
On Tuesday, the Twin Rivers Unified School District, which Roberts reportedly attended, released a statement expressing their sorrow.
We are deeply saddened by the loss of one of our students due to an inexplicable act of violence. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family during this profoundly challenging time. The District’s Crisis Intervention Team is available to support our students and staff in the aftermath of this tragedy, and we are dedicated to providing the necessary care and assistance during this period of mourning.
Authorities indicated that the party had attracted between 200 to 300 attendees, and the shooting erupted when the suspect, involved in an altercation, was being removed from the venue and fired shots toward a crowd outside.
A fundraiser has been initiated to honor Roberts’ life, with a goal of raising $14,000.
