A rollover accident on Tuesday evening on Route 394 has left one woman dead and two others injured. Deputies with the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office were dispatched to the scene near Carpenter Pringle Road around 6:49 p.m.
Upon arrival, deputies determined that a 2018 white SUV was traveling eastbound when it veered off the road, causing the vehicle to roll over. Two female occupants in the vehicle sustained serious injuries and were transported to UPMC Hamot for treatment.
The third female passenger was pronounced deceased at the scene. The identities of the victims have not been released, and the investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing.
