Rosa Pulgar Granado Obituary, – The Texas Department of Public Safety is currently conducting an investigation into a fatal four-vehicle collision that occurred on Monday. The incident took place on State Highway 128, near mile marker 224, at approximately 7:22 p.m. According to the initial findings, a GMC Sierra was traveling east on SH 128 while a Kia Optima, Ford F-140, and Dodge Ram 2500 were all stationary at a temporary construction zone traffic red light.
Upon investigation, it was determined that the driver of the GMC Sierra failed to maintain control of their speed and collided with the rear of the Kia. Consequently, the Kia then collided with the back of the Ford, which subsequently struck the back of the Dodge.
Tragically, the driver of the Kia, identified as 53-year-old Rosa Pulgar Granado, was pronounced dead at the scene. Fortunately, there were no other reported injuries. The investigation into the crash is still ongoing, and further details will be provided as they become available.
