Robert Day Obituary, Death – The family of the victim, who was fatally stabbed outside of a Leominster apartment complex on Tuesday, described him as a vibrant individual and a standout football player during his high school years. The Worcester County District Attorney’s Office has identified the victim as 20-year-old Robert Day from Leominster.
Despite being rushed to a local hospital, Day unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. As of Wednesday afternoon, no arrests have been made in connection with the incident. A GoFundMe page has been set up by Cammie Rivera to support Day’s family, highlighting his youth and friendly nature.
The page also mentions that Day was a respected football player during his time at Athol High School. The GoFundMe campaign has already raised more than $10,000 to cover funeral expenses. Leominster police and State Police are actively investigating the stabbing and are urging the public to come forward with any video evidence related to the incident.
