Richard Craig Accord Obituary, Death; – Authorities have confirmed the identity of the individual who lost their life in a tragic pedestrian traffic incident.
The medical examiner’s office has revealed that the victim is 55-year-old Richard Craig Accord, who succumbed to the injuries he incurred during the accident.
Accord was hit by a vehicle at approximately 3 p.m. on Saturday while he was walking near Ingram Road beneath Loop 410. He was declared dead at the scene. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
