Raymont Owens Obituary, Death; – D.C. police have announced a reward of up to $25,000 for information that results in an arrest and conviction related to a fatal shooting in Congress Heights. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) reported that officers responded to a shooting incident on January 18, shortly before 9:30 a.m., in the 1300 block of Congress Street.
Upon arrival, officers discovered 21-year-old Raymont Owens from Southeast, who had sustained gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
