Ray Veltin, a dedicated figure in Coquitlam Little League (CLL), died abruptly, leaving the community in sadness. Ray was a long-time volunteer and former President of the league who left an unforgettable impression on the players, families, and community members he served. Ray was a well-known figure at the neighborhood ballpark for many years. His contributions went well beyond those of an ordinary volunteer. Ray was recognized for his undying dedication to the league, whether it was behind the scenes, coaching, event planning, or simply being a friendly presence.
