Ray G. Palenske Obituary – A male individual succumbed to injuries sustained during a utility terrain vehicle accident on Saturday night in Wabaunsee County, as per authorities. The incident took place at 9 p.m. in a field located at 28502 Loire Creek Road, approximately 2 miles west of Alma.
The Kansas Highway Patrol’s online crash report indicated that the UTV was traversing a field on private property when the accident occurred. The crash transpired when the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll over.
The passenger was ejected and unfortunately passed away due to the injuries sustained at the scene. The deceased was identified as Ray G. Palenske, 74, from Lenexa. The driver, Brian D. Palenske, 50, from Basehor, was uninjured. The crash report highlighted that neither occupant of the UTV was wearing a safety restraint.
