Randall Dale Wilson Obituary – On May 5, at approximately noon, authorities and medical personnel responded to an incident on Rickey Street Southeast in Salem where a man was struck by a truck while crossing the street. The truck involved in the hit-and-run incident fled the scene.
The pedestrian, known as Randall Dale Wilson, aged 75, was initially taken to a nearby hospital and later transferred to a hospital in the Portland area. Unfortunately, he passed away three days after the accident.
The driver of the pick-up truck was apprehended at his residence on the same day of the hit-and-run. Ramiro Gabriel Herrera, aged 63, was charged with failure to fulfill the obligations of a driver.
