Ramon Delgado, Jr, Aaron Smith Death – The victims and suspects involved in the fatal La Vergne apartment shooting on Tuesday night have been identified by the LPD. Ramon Delgado, Jr., 23, and Aaron Smith, 39, were the two individuals who lost their lives.
Four individuals, including two adults and two 17-year-old teenagers, are facing various charges in connection with the incident. The first teenager is charged with first-degree murder, aggravated assault, evidence tampering, and filing a false report.
The second teenager is facing charges of evidence tampering and filing a false report. Ramon Delgado Sr., 46, has been charged with filing a false report. The fourth suspect, a 25-year-old individual, has also been charged with filing a false report, although they have not yet been apprehended.
The investigation into the matter is still ongoing.
