Rachel Heiss worked formerly as a Brand Manager at Nescafé and Seattle’s Best Coffee at Nestlé and as Group Manager, of Starbucks Card at Starbucks. She resided outside Seattle, Washington but originally from Chicago, Illinois. “Hold your family and friends closer this week. The Ithaca College graduate was described as a loving woman who loved and adored adventures. Rachel enjoyed traveling, and sports especially hiking. Following the deadly accident, the family of the beloved woman has been left devastated as they mourn her.
