Joe Rogan, who is now 28 years old, recently shed 60 pounds and has now revealed the key to his dramatic weight loss and improved physique. When Malone discussed his weight loss on the podcast hosted by Joe Rogan earlier this month, he disclosed that he eliminated sugary soda from his diet in order to achieve his weight loss goals. “Soda is terrible for you. “It’s so good, but it’s so bad,” the father of one said to the podcast presenter who was 56 years old. “[If] I had a terrific show, and you know what, I’m feeling a little bit naughty. You know what? He admitted, “I’m going to have myself a Coke on ice,” and went on to say that he does allow himself to consume the cola occasionally, but only in moderation.
In order to maintain a healthy lifestyle, Rogan believes that it is acceptable to indulge in unhealthy foods and beverages on occasion. The performer went so far as to declare how much weight he lost as a direct result of his efforts. Before changing his diet, Malone’s weight reached a maximum of 240 pounds, but it has since dropped to 185. “The issue is that when people [drink soda] all day, every day, your body doesn’t know what to do with that sugar because it’s so unnatural… Your body has no idea how to process it.” Every once in a while is essential for such things, are you aware of that? Rogan participated in the discussion.
The announcer for the UFC proceeded by saying, “Every now and then you reward yourself with a Coca-Cola, and you think to yourself, ‘Ah, this is nice.’” Your body would never be exposed to that amount of sugar in the nature. Sugar can be found in fruit.” If you drink a glass of sugar water, the glucose will immediately enter your system. He said, “Your body is like, ‘What the f–k is this?’”
Fans of Malone voiced their concern earlier this year on his sudden weight loss, but he did not reveal how he achieved his slimmer figure at the time. In April, the singer-songwriter who is best known for his song “Better Now” responded to allegations that some of his fans believed he was even high on drugs by stating that this was not the case.
The rapper known for the song “Rockstar” wrote in a post he made on Instagram at the time, “Hello everybody, I hope you’re having a great night.” “I wanted to say that I’m not doing drugs, as I’ve had a lot of people ask me about my weight loss and, I’d presume, performance on stage,” the singer said. “I’ve had a lot of people ask me about my weight loss and, I’d presume, performance on stage.” Malone has also attempted to comfort his fans by assuring them that he is simply having a great deal of “fun” while playing on his Twelve Carat Tour and that he has “never felt healthier.”
