Patrick Larkin Obituary, Death;- A man lost his life after his vehicle collided with the backyard fence of a residence in the southwest suburbs on Monday night.
According to the Naperville police, they received a call regarding the incident near the intersection of 103rd Street and Book Road in Wheatland Township shortly after 9:30 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a blue 2008 Infiniti G35 positioned in the backyard of a home approximately 100 feet east of Book Road.
The driver involved in the incident was transported to the hospital, where he was subsequently pronounced deceased. Authorities have identified the individual as 59-year-old Patrick Larkin, a resident of Naperville.
Preliminary investigations suggest that the driver was traveling eastbound on 103rd Street when he failed to navigate the three-way intersection, resulting in a collision with the fence on the eastern side. The vehicle overturned during the incident, ultimately coming to rest on its hood in the backyard.
