Lise was a stunning woman who has a heart that was filled with kindness and a wonderful sense of humor. Everyone had a deep affection for her and respected her for being fair and kind to everyone. Her French and Indigenous heritage was something that she admired as well. We are going to miss her terribly, and our tears are genuine. Her memory will live on in our hearts forever. When someone has suffered a significant loss, it is common for words to fail in their attempt to convey the extent of their feelings. At this time, our hearts are aching with the weight of sadness as we grieve the departure of Patricia Harrigan, who was a loving mother, wife, and pillar of strength. She passed away in a calm manner at the age of 85, leaving behind a legacy of love and generosity that will long echo throughout our souls.
It is with a heavy heart that I relay the news of her passing. Patricia’s presence brought unending love and great compassion into our lives, and it became a source of illumination. In her roles as a loving wife to Norm and a nurturing mother to Jamie, Patrick, Norman, Peter, and me, she exemplified the very definition of selflessness and grace. Her undying love to her family was a monument to her character, and the loss that her absence leaves behind is one that cannot be filled.
When we are going through these difficult times, when we are navigating the depths of our sadness, we take comfort in the memories that we dearly value. Whether it was the soft touch of her hand or the warmth of her smile, Patricia’s soul will forever be woven into the fabric of our lives. Despite the fact that she is no longer physically present with us, her spirit will continue to direct and motivate us on a daily basis.
