CHARLOTTE (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — Odyssey Logistics has officially relocated its global headquarters to southwest Charlotte, bringing over 80 new jobs to the area.
The company, a leader in logistics and technology solutions, held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new 23,000-square-foot office at the Whitehall Corporate Center on Wednesday, March 5.
CEO Hans Stig Moller expressed excitement about the move, highlighting Charlotte’s strong talent pool and proximity to an international airport as key factors in their decision.
The company’s new location includes roles in leadership, IT, HR, and finance, with an average salary of $111,000 for Charlotte-based employees.
Charlotte Mayor Vi Lyles and Mecklenburg County officials welcomed Odyssey’s expansion, citing it as a sign of the city’s growing appeal for corporate relocations.
Odyssey Logistics, which has more than 2,000 employees worldwide, is owned by The Jordan Group. This move adds to Charlotte’s status as a top destination for businesses, with recent headquarters relocations from companies like Honeywell and TTX.
