A Brooklyn, New York family received unimaginable news early Tuesday. Authorities say a family was left devastated after a beloved member passed away in what was described as “the most heartbreaking death means” possible. An investigation is ongoing after an Emergency Department resident doctor at the NYCHHC was found dead from an apparent suicide Tuesday afternoon.
According to the New York City Police Department, officers were dispatched to a scene for a body-found report. Arriving officers located a subject from a subject lying on the ground in a pool of blood. CPR was administered by officials of the hospital until law enforcement agencies arrived at the scene. The individual died a moment later.
According to a bystander who spoke to the media, the subject involved was a cheerful fellow and a resident doctor at the NYCHHC’s Elmhurst. The bystander also recalled that an unimaginable number of residents have taken their own lives suspiciously in the last few years. Bellevue community has asked for prayers for the involved resident’s family and friends.
