Norris Richardson Obituary – Officials have identified the two victims after a lengthy standoff with police. The situation started Tuesday evening at a home near E. 154th Street and Hampstead Avenue in Cleveland and continued into Wednesday.
Police said, someone called police and reported the suspect killed two people. Police later found two bodies inside the home. Thursday morning, the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified the victims as 51-year-old Ritchie Welch and 65-year-old Regina Young-Fellows. Both are reported as suspected homicides.
Police said the suspect took his own life. According to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner, a third person reported dead at the scene has been identified as 57-year-old Norris Richardson. The medical examiner did not provide details on the cause of death. Police did not discuss the relationship between the suspect and the victims.
