A head on collision that happened on CR 604 in Alcorn County has tragically claimed the life of a Kossuth teenager and has injured two more.
18 year old Noah Brown, that according to his Facebook page lives in Walnut and was a student at Kossuth, has passed away due to injuries sustained in the accident.
One of the other two victims were taken to Tupelo and one was transported to Memphis. Their names have not yet been released and there is no word yet on their condition, nor is there immediate information on the exact cause of the accident.

The Kossuth community is mourning the death of another young person. Noah Brown, 18, died following a wreck on Sunday afternoon, Sept. 1 on County Road 604.
He and his girlfriend Joshalyn Woods were driving back from Sonic when his vehicle and an SUV collided. Brown graduated from Kossuth High School in May. The couple were in the process of moving to Indiana.
The crash sent Woods to a hospital in Memphis, Tennessee, and a third individual to the hospital in Tupelo. The crash happened near Glenda Hoover’s home. She was one of the first people to offer help and briefly spoke with Brown and found Woods unconscious.
This wreck happened more than a month after another Kossuth graduate, 18-year-old Logan Williams, died in a wreck in Lafayette County.
