According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, they were called to the site of a rollover crash at approximately 12 p.m. According to the Kansas Highway Patrol (KHP), a 39-year-old man named Nicholas Bennett was involved in a single-vehicle accident.
Bennett was reportedly driving his Chevy Silverado in a westerly direction on K148 when, for reasons yet to be determined, his vehicle veered off the road and subsequently rolled over, ultimately coming to a rest in an inverted position.
Bennett was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigation is ongoing.
