Narsiso Alamilla, Baby Costancio Obituary – Two individuals were discovered deceased in an apparent murder-suicide incident early Wednesday morning in Abilene, as reported by the Abilene Police Department. The authorities were alerted to the situation after receiving a call regarding an injured individual just before 2 a.m. in the 5200 block of South 7th Street.
Upon reaching the scene, law enforcement officers found a man and a woman in the front yard of a residence, both with gunshot wounds.
The deceased have been identified as Narsiso Alamilla, aged 47, and Baby Costancio, aged 49. Notifications to their next of kin have been completed. Investigators from the Criminal Investigations unit suspect that the two were involved in a romantic relationship and are handling the case as a potential murder-suicide. The bodies have been sent to the medical examiner’s office for further examination.
