Naomi Plant Obituary, Woman killed in early morning Arlee Accident; A 25-year-old woman was killed in a single-car crash in Arlee on Tuesday morning, according to local officials.
Naomi Plant, a resident of Arlee, was identified as the victim by Lake County Sheriff Don Bell. She was driving a Nissan passenger car at McLeod Road and Dumontier Road, as stated in a Montana Highway Patrol crash report.
Around 4:23 a.m., Plant failed to navigate a left curve, causing the car to veer off the north side of the road and roll onto its roof. According to the report, she was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, and speed is suspected to have been a factor. Plant died at the scene.
The sheriff’s office extended its condolences to Plant’s loved ones. Her body was sent to the state medical examiner for an autopsy.
