(PINPOINT WEATHER) — Good Sunday Morning! Hopefully, you are wide awake after losing one hour of sleep last night. Cool, but comfortable start this morning, with temperatures in the upper 30s and low-mid 40s.
Unfortunately, today’s weather is not going to be as good as yesterday’s. It won’t necessarily be an awful day to get outdoors, but there will be less sunshine and a few showers around.

Temperatures will also be much cooler, with highs only climbing into the upper 50s and lower 60s. Dress warmer today, it will feel cooler under more overcast skies.
Shower chances today will be few and far between, however, there will be higher chances for rain on Monday, as an area of low pressure draws closer. Expect showers along and south of the I-40 corridor through the first half of your Monday, ahead of drier conditions for Monday evening.
The mountains and foothills may not see much rain at all on Monday, but the Charlotte metro and areas south will stay draped in rain showers through the afternoon on Monday.
Temperatures on Monday will also struggle to climb out of the 50s for most, with clouds dominating the forecast and only a few peaks of sun.

Weather conditions will drastically improve for Tuesday, with plenty of sunshine and high temperatures back into the 70s. Expect prolonged spring warmth for mid and late this week. Perhaps a run at 80 degrees by Friday.
Unsettled weather will make a return for next weekend, with showers and thunderstorms making a comeback. The better chance for rain next weekend will likely be on Sunday.
