The cops said that no one was in the car at the time. The owner of the Chevrolet was at a gas station on Kenny Road at the time of the traffic accident. Moser was the one who drove off in the Chevrolet and left it on Starret Road, which is where it was found.
After about five minutes, someone in the 200 block of West Henderson Road called the police to say that shots had been fired during an attempted home invasion or robbery. The thieves took Moser’s BMW X3 from a home in the area. Around 6:45 p.m., someone tried to rob someone who was bringing food in the 400 block of Glenmont Avenue. The person who was being tried to kill was a delivery guy.
