Morgan Culyer-Foster Obituary – The person who lost their life in a collision on New Hartford Road last week has been identified by officials. The crash occurred on Friday, May 10, shortly after 9 p.m., in the 3400 Block of New Hartford Road. The victim has been identified as Morgan Culyer-Foster, a 25-year-old individual. An autopsy revealed that Culyer-Foster passed away due to blunt force trauma.
Additionally, two other individuals suffered severe injuries in the accident. One of them had to be airlifted to the hospital, while the other was transported by ambulance to Owensboro Health. Maddox Hall, a 20-year-old resident of Utica, has been arrested in connection with the incident. The authorities are still investigating the crash.
